Project Background
In this PCORI-funded project, bioethics researchers wanted to learn what mattered most to patients regarding consent and comparative effectiveness research. They asked us to help demonstrate various possible consent formats so they could ask focus group respondents about their preferences.
Funded by: Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)
Our Work
We created animations depicting various scenarios of clinical visits for high blood pressure in which the patient is asked to consent to participating in a comparative effectiveness study of different medications.
